I know how many memories are planted around the flower beds in the garden and in the house itself..
In a way perhaps the rotten real estate market is a blessing in disguise? I can't picture you anywhere else than here.

Hope the renovations go well.
x CharlottaCharlotta Wardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08758013454341639663noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4243930277654267124.post-61650653324265100142010-06-30T13:59:26.644-05:002010-06-30T13:59:26.644-05:00What's meant to be will be. I too would love to move, to find that dream property, but that won't be happening anytime soon in this crazy economy and market. Can't wait to see what kind of exciting changes are coming in your home. It would be sad to leave all the hard work we put into our homes and gardens behind huh. Your home is lovely, as is your garden and I'm sure that to stay is no bad thing.
Enjoy your beautiful home and gatden and whatever will be, will be.
We looked at the house we are in now and lost it to another buyer as we hadn't sold ours but, 18 months later, it came back on the market and we had sold ours by then, and we bought it and have been living in it for the last 24 years.
Things often work out, but not in the way that you expect. I am a true believer in there being a reason for everything...I'm sure once your renovations are complete, the reasons for staying put will come to you.
And perhpas in the future, the opportunity will present itself a third time to buy the home.
I'm anxious to see what your plans are - you have such a warm and comfortable home now, so I'm sure whatever you do will be just as thoughtful.
Have a glass of wine and dream of what your new/old home is going to be for you and your family.
Have a lovely evening!
SarahAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
